J & S General Contracting is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee and work alongside our skilled concrete team. Our company has built a strong reputation for high‑quality flatwork—driveways, patios, sidewalks, aprons, steps, and decorative concrete—and we’re looking for a leader who shares our commitment to craftsmanship, teamwork, and getting the job done with excellence.

Concrete FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a concrete crew on residential and commercial flatwork projects.
Perform all aspects of concrete work, including forming, grading, pouring, finishing, and decorative techniques.
Coordinate daily tasks, manage crew performance, and maintain efficient job site flow.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
Assist with hands‑on work as needed—our crew leads by example.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a concrete foreman or senior concrete finisher.
Strong knowledge of flatwork concrete techniques and job site workflow.
Ability to lead, motivate, and train crew members.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Willingness to perform manual labor and work outdoors in varied conditions.
CDL and clean driving record are a plus.
