A Wittstock Builders Home — From Groundbreaking to Grand Finale

Partnering closely with Wittstock Builders, our team was proud to be the first on-site and the last to leave. From the initial grading to the final landscaping touches, we ensured every detail met our high standards of craftsmanship.

It all began with our excavation crew preparing the site for a beautiful 4-bedroom home. We installed the septic system, shaped the land, and laid the groundwork for the driveway. Once the foundation was poured, we returned to carefully backfill and trench for utility lines, including a pipe sleeve for future electrical installation.

After the home was built, our concrete crew stepped in to pour over 7,562 square feet of surfaces — including the driveway, sidewalks, pool deck, patio, and even additional areas under the deck and beside the detached garage. Stamped concrete at the front entry added a touch of elegance to the property.

To complete the transformation, our landscaping crew installed fieldstone boulder walls, fabric, edging, and decorative rock. We brought in topsoil to prepare the lawn bed, installed a full sprinkler system, and seeded approximately 60,000 square feet with contractor-grade lawn seed, starter fertilizer, and straw mulch. Native prairie grasses were planted in surrounding areas to enhance the natural beauty of the site.
