White Pine Ridge – A Community Built with Care

Designed in collaboration with Auth Consulting & Associates and S&N Land Surveying, this project reflects a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and community.

From the start, our team at J & S General Contracting played a key role in shaping the foundation of this neighborhood—literally. We handled everything from grading and drainage to stormwater systems and road construction, ensuring every detail met high engineering and environmental standards.

Once the infrastructure was complete, we moved into the next exciting phase: preparing each lot for new homes. With careful excavation, utility placement, and landscaping, we helped create a welcoming space for families to build their future.

As of September 2025, 22 beautiful homes have been completed, with more on the way. White Pine Ridge is quickly becoming one of Somerset’s most sought-after neighborhoods—a place where thoughtful design meets natural beauty, and where community truly feels like home.
